Who we are...Mike, his wife Pam, and their family moved from Chicago to Dallas in 1996. His dad, mom and brother (Steve, Maureen and Dave) moved down to Dallas from Chicago in 1998. DuSold DeSigns was created shortly after their arrival.
The DuSold family owned and operated "Lou's Auto Body, Inc" in Villa Park, Il, a suburb 20 miles west of Chicago, for almost 60 years. The move south was to escape the fierce Chicago winters. We are all so glad we did. Dallas has been warm and welcoming to all of us "transplants".
Mike, at age 29 is the graphic artist and sheet metal designer for the business. He has been part of the "paint 
shop"-- "metal shop" experience since he was a small child. He was riding a dirt bike when he was 4 years old, and painting motorcycle helmets when he was 12. Mike's work has recently been getting the recognition it deserves for innovation, quality and unique balance of design.
Steve, "Homer", manages the office and the day- to- day operation of the business as well as doing most of the metal fabrication. He has worked in the business since he was 8 years old for his father, "Lou". He brings many years of customizing, restoration, painting and mechanical experience to DuSold DeSigns.
